YHC arrived at the AO at 5:35, planning to sit comfortably in the warm car until launch time. But there was a lone PAX member patiently waiting in the 9-degree gloom. And not just any PAX member – it was an FNG. It takes a certain degree of willpower to overcome the fartsack every morning. It takes more willpower to do so on a bitterly cold morning. But to do so as an FNG? Well, that’s just awesome. T-Claps were in order before we even began. And the sight of this brave FNG brought the PAX promptly out of their cars to commend and welcome him.
With the crows of the neighborhood rooster echoing through the park, 9 PAX convened at The Earl, shrugging off the temps and bracing for what YHC had in store. And here’s a review of what they endured …

(At this point it was observed that the rooster was silent, which is not the norm, as The Earl’s unofficial mascot usually belts out a strong 45 minutes of crowing.)

(Still all quiet from the rooster. What silenced him? Was it the cold weather? Was it the burpees? The questions remain.)
There was no flinching from YHC when seeing the temperature upon waking up this morning. Weather has long since stopped being an obstacle to posting. And that’s because the positive impact of starting one’s day with F3 – the exercise, the camaraderie, the endorphins and positivity that carry you through the day’s obstacles – far outweighs the weather’s inconvenience. That’s the power of F3.
Welcome FNG Knee Hi!
