You know I’ve not had much success EHing guys. It’s too early… it’s too cold… I’m not in good enough shape… I don’t like you… bla, bla, bla. This morning I learned a new strategy. FNK Red Rider came out after a sleepover. It would seem if you can get a guy to sleep over, you can get him to F3! How’s that for a guy check? Apparently I need to step up my EH game!

Mosey lalp, 10 Burpees(YHC was late), Hillbilly Squats, Imperial Squat Walker, 10 Burpees(Potter was late), Low Squat hold while we named 4 of 5 requirements of a F3 workout, 10 Burpees(penalty for not being able to name all 5), 10 Burpees(Malware was late), mosey’d to Bell Tower Amphitheater while one stop of single leg deadlifts to let PAX catch up, 10 Burpees(Spit Bucket was late)

Circled up and held plank for an uncomfortable pause created by our inability to name to mission of F3. Thankfully, Virgil from Charlottesville was there to save us!

Worked our way back to AO via Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, and Lunge Walk. When we reached the turf, Army Crawls across the entire field were called.
