Nice and Humid at the Thicket this morning on this fantastic July morning. YHC arrived to see 2 PAX finishing EC and had just enough time to confirm the location of the new cinder block pile (thanks RG3!). I had my plan and was ready to go but as we did warm ups and YHC was counting out the PAX, having an odd number was going to make it tough. Thankfully one last PAX (an FNG none the less) rolled in a couple minutes late to save the day. Great first Post Sprockets! glad you could join us and hope to see you out again soon.

The Warmup

• SSH IC x 15

• Recover shortly for arrival of FNG, disclaimer, pleasantries, etc..

The Thang

• Head to cinder block pile which is now by dumpster (not in the woods which I had my 2.0 searching for yesterday)
• 4 sets
  • cinder block swings X 10
  • squats X 15
• Keep your block and mosey to road for the infamous Dont Drop the Cookie routine
  • 1 partner runs to end of raod by ball court/stop sign (it was far)
  • Other partner walks with cinder block over head.
  • Flapjack once partners meet until both get to stop sign
  • If partner with cinder block has to drop it below their head, they do merkins until partner arrives
• Some Mary in the Middle to recover a bit (thanks Flenderson)
  • flutter kick IC x15
  • LBCs IC x15
• Dont drop the cookie back to AO
• Still had time and needed to get blocks back to their pile so a few PAX carry a block about 1/3 of the way there. Call out an exercise to perform until they return. Do this for a few iterations.

Mary

• Heels to heaven IC x 15
• Side LBCs x 10 left and right
• Birds on a wire

Moleskin

• PaperJam may or may not be murdered for Zook to get freestyle rapping skills
• Throwing 90 and dunking would be awesome
• We all need a hobby as we get older (carpentry, mechanic)
• Hire Boyardee as a magician for your next kids birthday party.
• Splashback cant play the piano but can lift one over his head
• Look out for Chum on dancing with the F3 stars
