My goal this morning was to keep us moving the entire time while minding the form of our 3 Form Week exercises. While each man is responsible for his form, the Q holds some responsibility for all the PAX’s form. For this reason, PAX rotated counting the exercises simple called Form Focus the rest of this back blast.
Form Focus= 5 burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats
Block Circuits of swings, rows, curls, squat press, deadlifts, Finished with blockees.

What had Happened
We meandered around the parking lot with modes of travel including bear Crawl, crab walk, bunny hop, lunge walk, and mosey w/hallelujah. PAX rotated counting Form Focus each time we stopped.

I was struck recently when I realized how many PAX keep getting older. I know that sounds silly. I know I’ve aged too. Neither is the point. The point is that while working hard in a job that required travel and spending most other time with my family, I failed to make and/or nurture meaningful friendships with men. Can you say Sad Clown? I knew that you could! If you would have asked me before F3 if I was a Sad Clown, I would have answered no… after you explained what that was of course. If you would have asked me if I was or had been a Sad Clown 1-2 year after posting regularly, I would have likely answered the same. You just don’t know what you don’t know. I know now.
