Shoulder Day in the Sweatbox

6 PAX showed up for a humid day in paradise. Since there have been so many GetSwole EC’s going on around Southern Village I assumed everyone would appreciate a nice easy shoulder day. Warmed everyone up with 30xSSH, 10xWMH, 30xmountain climbers, 10xGM’s, 10xBurpees and the Arm Circle

Started with nice easy Mosey up to the brick pile where we all picked up 2 bricks and then proceeded to Ricky Bobby to a parking lot at the back of the school. At the parking lot we bear crawled and stopped at each line to perform 4 pushups or pike pushups (alternating exercises at each line).

After those light shoulder exercises we mossied to the bottom of the hill. We started a 3 man dora with bricks in hand for the entire time. 1 PAX1 started with squat thrusters (300) while PAX2 sprinted up to the light post and back to PAX3 who was doing 200+100 overhead claps. Upon relief from PAX2 PAX3 crab walked down to PAX1 to relieve him. The crab walks after overhead claps with bricks might have ruined the otherwise easy shoulder day.

PAX ricky bobbied back to the brick pile taking a shortcut straight up the grass hill on the backside of the school, this saved enough time to circle up for Mary. For Mary the PAX circled up, 1 PAX would call and exercise and then run up to the top of the stairs and back. PAX performed American Hammer, Crab Jack, Homer to Marge, Plank, shoulder taps while in plank and the dying oyster. Finished off with a Merkin ring of fire and some shoulder stretches.
