Main Event:
Slow Mosey to swings. Last man does a burpee, runs to the front. At swings the Pax partnered up to complete a declining series of swerkins, 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Partner 2 will dead hang or do pull ups while P1 completes swerkins. P1 is timer for P2, then switch so both completes 55 swerkins.
Next set of exercises will be completed individually, but as a group in slow tempo count. Each pax completed 20 squats, 20 jump squats, 20 monkey humpers and 20 bonnie blairs, consecutively (without rest).
Pax return to the swings and their partner to complete a declining series of supine pull-ups (lay flat under the swings with arms extended upward. Pull up chest to swing by using the chains attached to seat), 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Partner 2 will plank while P1 completes supine pull-ups. P1 is timer for P2, then switch so both completes 55 supine pull-ups
