Shooter At Sixty

Seventeen PAX convened outside Kenan Stadium for YHC to administer a beatdown at the age of 60 years and three days. Everyone down to Triple Threat at age 11 had a glorious time on the Chapel Hill campus at dawn–pushing their cardio and pounding their chests with 72 Derkins–not to mention the Merkins in Burpees.
The Thang:
Warmup: SSH x 20, IW x 10, Prisoner Squats x 10, Windmills x 10, Arm Circles forward & reverse x 10 each; Merkins x 10.
Jog from North Gate at Kenan Stadium to Bell Tower, circle up in northeast courtyard for five Double-Secret Burpees–instead of a thrust after the merkin, do five Mountain Climbers and then, coming out of the squat, do five Side Shuffle Hops.
Jog from there to Wilson Library in Polk Place, split into two groups. One group does Derkins x 12 on the library steps while the other does Step-Ups with the right leg planted on the stone wall. Reverse. Then another set with the Step-Ups on the left leg. Then another three sets alternating Diamond Derkins and Dips.
Then we jogged the perimeter of Polk Place and reconvened in the southwest corner for 30-second Bows and Toes Planks.
Next up was a Bear Crawl the width of Polk Place in front of the library, then jog back around to the start. Then Crab Walk across the front of the library and jog around.
The PAX circled up for Six Minutes of Mary, including LBCs x 20, Heels to Heavens x 20, In-and-Outs x 10, WWIIs x 30 and Makhtar N”diayes x 10.
We jogged back to the Bell Tower for five more Double-Secret Burpees then jogged back to the North Gate for COT.
