So evidently it takes on average, 66 days to form a habit. To be honest, I aint got time for that. But if you break this up into phases you have 1) the honeymoon phase 2) the fight through 3) second nature. Each one of us goes through those phases on their own time. Lot of excuses/reasons to get stuck in phase 2. However, F3 and the PAX help me get through that phase and I hope that YHC does the same for yall. Until next time in the gloom. Aye!
