Mosey for a block SSH x 25 (IC), jump squats x 20 (SC), merkins x 20 (SC).

AYG back to the AO.

COT:  Last Q at the Earl was carefully planned out and definitely not my favorite.  This time I showed up with a loose idea of what I wanted to do and kept it simple and YHC definitely enjoyed this Q more.  As a wise man once said “do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”  SYITG.  Aye!
