YHC cut it close with his EC efforts this morning, but came running down the hill just in time to see a dozen PAX circled up and ready to put in some work on this beautiful spring morning. Seeing the familiar faces and old friends is a great way to start the day. An even better way to start the day is what YHC dubbed The Green Mile. It furthers the aim of PAX working together and pushing each other, which YHC has tried to make a theme in recent Qs. We can all workout alone (it’s boring and far more difficult), but pushing each other brings out the best in us. That’s F3.

Where do we find inspiration? It can come from courageous acts in the world at large, such as the samaritans that sprung to action to help in Durham earlier this week after the gas leak explosion. Those are heroes. We can also find inspiration from one another, be it those overcoming obstacles or taking on big challenges. To that end, we shout out the AO Q, Zook, who is running (and assuredly dominating) the Boston Marathon on Monday. The training work required, and the race itself, require a huge commitment and is a mighty task. T-claps and best wishes to our PAX brother!
