Mosey to soccer field. PAX distributed alphabet in order to play “The Quick Red Fox Jumps Over the Lazy Brown Dog.” Every time a letter came up, PAX needed to do a burpee and say letter on the upward jump until we spelled the entire sentence. If we forgot our letter, extended the pause, or broke the rhythm, we were to sprint to the next corner to begin again. 7th time was the charm, by my count.
