Mayan Pyramid

Kenan is a special place for many different reasons, one of which being it is the site of YHC’s 2nd ever post.  YHC knew he was going to be travelling for the T-Day holiday and figured no better way to get back into the swing of things than by signing up to Q.

Warm up:  SSH, WMH, GM, IW, HB, ACs, OC, MC, PPa, PPe, slow merkin.

The Thang – Mayan pyramid.

PAX moseyed to student stores and began the pyramid with 10 merkins.  Then did 3 sets of dips and derkins (10 reps of each per set).  Moseyed a bit more and added 20 squats to the 10 merkins.  Moseyed some more and added 30 LBCs to the 20 squats and 10 merkins.  Moseyed and added 40 dry docks to the 30 LBCs, 20 squats, and 10 merkins.

Began the trip back to the AO and the climb down the pyramid. But because this was a Mayan pyramid (flat at the top), PAX repeated the last sequence (40, 30, 20, and 10) before climbing down.  PAX moseyed back, stopping along the way to do the decreasing exercises.  PAX also stopped to do step ups and more dips and derkins.
