Simplicity makes life easier or so I planned on this soggy Saturday. 8 pax gathered to share their opinions.
Warm Up: Slow lap around the field to give some heavy ruckers an extra minute or two to arrive back at the AO. WMH- 15IC, Annie- 15 IC, SSH- 15IC, AC- 10IC and RAC-10IC
Main Event: ATM’s x 3. Or 15 shoulder taps in cadence, 10 slow merkins in cadence and 10 normal merkins. The third round brought a few grumbles, for sure.
Mosey to staircase near school store. Complete 1 burpee at the bottom of the stairs, run up complete 10 merkins. Run back down to complete 2 burpees, back up, 9 merkins & back down. Continue until 10 burpees have been completed at the bottom and 1 merkin has been completed at the top. A few whimpers were heard…
Mosey to the pit. Complete 20 box jumps, 20 one legged squats, 20 monkey humpers & 20 split jacks without rest. Recover, then repeat.
Pax lined up with YHC in the rear to complete the Bataan death march. The march is a mosey where the man in the back completes five burpees while the line moves forward. After completing your burpees, run to the front of the line tapping the “new” last guy on the shoulder to begin his burpees. Mosey continued until each pax complete two rounds of burpees.
Mary:
Bay City Scissors- Alternating vertical & horizontal scissor kicks, 10-8 count IC. Australian Snow Angels-Like Superman while making a snow angel- 30 seconds timed, 2 rounds. E2K-Right ankle over left knee crunch, 15IC. Switch to left ankle over right knee crunch, 15IC. Finished with a Merkin Ring of Fire
Co T: I’m thankful for the ability to be here and inspired by the men who I am fortunate to lead. The commitment and heart shown by the EC’rs & ruckers pushes me to work harder and be better. Until next time, Aye!
