PAX: Marky Mark, Boyardee, Link, Duplo, Catskill, Mumbles, Rebar

YHC had the privilege of participating in the Chapel Hill GORUCK Tough last Friday alongside a number of PAX. It was an Independence Day themed event, where we all suffered under various coupons such as the Doom Tube, a friendly log, daisy chained sandbags, and other implements. Despite the miles (20 in 12 hours), and the weighted ruck, and the coupons, it was a glorious event. If you are thinking of doing one, or want to know anything at all about Rucking, reach out to me or other PAX

COT

YHC has been and continues to be thankful for those PAX that get out there and push themselves, and each other. We all must strive to do this for others whether it be in a workout, at home, at work, or in your community.
