The Thang:
After warm-up YHC led the PAX over to the small track for some 11”s to start things off. In the first curve, PAX did 10 burpees, then sprinted to far curve for 1 air squat, then back to first curve for 9 burpees and back to the far curve for 2 air squats. This continued until the final lap with 1 burpee and 10 air squats – total 10 laps completed.

Then it was back to the parking area for some endurance holds. The timer for each hold was one PAX individually bear crawling all the way around the island in the middle of the parking lot. All PAX took turns being the bear crawling timer and our succession of holds went: Plank, Right Arm High Plank, Left Arm High Plank, Hollow Hold, Superman Hold, Reverse Plank Hold, Low Plank Hold, and one more round of standard Plank to finish it off. Total time ~ 10 minutes

We mosey”d over to the playground and quickly divided up into 2 groups of 4. The first group did 10 pull-ups, then dropped and as soon as able, banged about another 8 pull-ups. Group 2 performed a wall sit, during pull-ups and then the groups switched. Round 2 was more of the same except each PAX completed 7 pullups, closely followed by 5 more and the other group performed BTW for the duration. All PAX then Crawl Beared up the back drive to the parking lot of Mary.

Mary featured dealer”s choice for each PAX:
20 x Hammers IC
20 x WWII – OYO
20 x Merkins IC
20 x Box Cutters IC
30 x Flutter Kicks IC
20 x LBC IC
10 x “Peach” Pickers IC

COT began just as the rain began to return. Announcements included props to All PAX that completed CSAUP activities this weekend and concluded with thanks for this group for getting out of bed to push each other, in spite of an ominous forecast (that we thankfully dodged).
