Q adrenalin is real! For some mysterious reason, leading a workout makes a man stronger and faster… except today that is. I planned the last pax in to begin a 10 count. That pax was me 75% of the time today. Maybe I could’ve gone faster… maybe. I would’ve certainly shortened my range of motion during merkins and squats though. Even though I was 6ing it up, I got a solid workout. Remember that’s it’s your workout. Don’t feel like you’ve got to hurry through your reps to finish with the pack.

SSH, shoulder touch merkins, SSH, alternating side squats, SSH, 10 burpees OYO

ME
Mosey’d to Hooker and line up on the side line.
Alligator Merkins across the first field. Homer to Marge IC until the last pax arrive and counts out 10. LT Dan the second. Pulse Squats IC until the last pax arrive and counts out 10. Traveling burpees the next field of the field. 6″ hold IC until the last pax arrive and counts out 10. Traveling burpees modified. Side squat was the travel followed by a burpee, repeato.
Mosey’d the the law school and discovered the rails used for rows were removed. Q fail!
Mosey’d back to Hooker and line up on the side line. Traveling burpees the first field. Plank when done until the last pax arrive and called a rotation of reg, RT hand high, LT hand high, and regular. Bear crawled the second. Started Superman rows when done IC until the last pax arrive and counts out 10. Crab walked the next field. Started LBCs when done IC until the last pax arrive and counts out 10. Bunny hop the last. Begin Pulse squats IC until the last pax arrive and counts out 10.
Mosey’d back to the start.
