It was a rainy morning at Duck and Weave, and 3 PAX (YHC, Buffay, and Brick) knocked out an EC 5K around downtown Hillsborough before the main event. Not an easy one to describe briefly, so apologies in advance.

Main Event:
PAX ran a Merkin Mile with 126 reps (one for each UNC NCAA tournament victory) and made their way back to the bottom floor of the parking deck for the last set of merkins.
A “Paula Abdul” is when you stay in the parking deck and move 2 floors forward (up) and one floor back. The PAX knocked out the following reps before heading up 2 levels:
12 Bodyweight Squats
12 Bonnie Blairs
Two levels up the PAX did:
12 Bodyweight Squats
12 Bonnie Blairs
12 Monkey Humpers
PAX crawlbeared down a level and did 5 6-count burpees before heading back up.
Each time the PAX traveled up they completed the previous exercises/reps and added one of the following each time, for 5 total sets:
12 Wide grip Merkins
12 Diamond Merkins
PAX did some creative ways of traveling down; crawlbear, lunge walk, duck walk
Each time after traveling down, the PAX completed 10 6-count Burpees.
After reaching the top and completing the 5th set, the PAX moseyed down the deck and knocked out 40 LBCs IC before announcements and Name-O-Rama.
