We’re working on merkins, burpees, and squats this week. YHC’s M injured her back about a month ago and was directed to this exercise to help with her recovery:
PAX were thus asked to bring a broomstick to the workout to assist with proper squat form.
Warm-Up

The Thang
Ran to the Jason Jones Memorial Garden for three sets of dips, derkins, and erkins (15 reps each).
Continued around West Forest Hills Boulevard, stopping for ten 6-count burpees at the corner of Oak Drive.
Headed on over to the tennis courts for a mini-DORA of 200 FORM WEEK squats and 100 FORM WEEK merkins. We then lunge walked across all four tennis courts, using our broomsticks to maintain proper form.
Mary consisted of 21 Captain Hammers (WW2 plus a Russian Hammer at the top).
