The Thang

In a nod to our old friend Fieri, I decided to break out the deck of cards this morning for a round of poker.  Of  course, the 2s, 3s, and 4s were removed from the deck.  That left 40 cards, with 8 PAX present that worked out perfectly for 5 cards each.  For each draw of the card, we did that number of exercises:  J, Q, K = 10, A = 11.

• Diamonds: diamond merkins
• Clubs: lunges IC
• Spades: burpees
• Hearts: squats

After we completed all 40 sets of exercises, we did a cool down loop around the circle and then got back together to read ’em and weep.  El Jefe took the win with a pair of Aces!

Mary

PAX took turns calling various Mary exercises.
