Scapula and Bellhop did some EC ruck dirty work while the rest of the PAX lay snuggled in their beds.  6 more PAX moseyed to the AO for what came to be a good ole’ fashion Piranha beat down courtesy of YHC.  Lucky for us, we had a PAX come all the way from Charlotte just to see what the Piranha was all about.   Welcome Scratch and Win!  After some morning pleasantries, we got to work.

It is a humbling experience to lead a group of men and witness them push themselves to new limits.  Someone much smarter than me once said, and I am paraphrasing of course, that we are only limited by our thinking.  I find that this is true in many aspects of our lives and especially true when setting new limits for yourself both physically and mentally.  I would recommend only that you allow yourself the freedom to improvise when necessary and accomplish your new goals incrementally.  The results will speak for themselves.  Embrace the journey!
