The Chatham Takeover of the Heights was more of a whimper. Still, I woke up to my alarm at 0350 ready for action. I picked up Bump Draft from his home, stopped briefly at McDonalds to learn that another Pax (who shall remain nameless) had fart-sacked, and headed to the Durty D.
Crab Cake led Bump Draft and YHC in some pullup, mosey, dip, mosey repeats until 0530 for the ME. A brief explanation for the ME’s theme: After hearing of the name change in January, I immediately connected it to the Broadway musical, In the Heights, and suggested a Lin-Manuel Miranda-themed Q. Unfortunately, Jasmine remembered and called me out to deliver on this promise. I learned that F3 is full of a number of Miranda fanatics.

The Debt* Dora: Modified Dora (100 Dangling Dips (feet overhanging the pool), 200 Star Crunches, 300 Reverse Lunges); Every time running PAX returns, you “pay interest” by subtracting 10 reps if your partner is on an odd number and 20 reps if partner is on an even number. Lots of math and lots of extra reps.

How Far I’ll Go: One PAX is selected to Bernie Sanders in the direction of the AO (it was supposed to be Bear Crawl, but, sadly, we ran out of time) as fast as he can; other PAX complete 5 burpees, then run to Bernie Sanders PAX. New PAX is selected to Bernie Sanders. Repeat-o X 2 until all PAX returned to the AO.
