Three varying sets of Elevenses:
- Dips & Derkins on the benches. 10 Derkins and 1 Dip; then 9 Derkins and 2 Dips; so on and so forth, down to 1 Derkin and 10 Dips, combined count always totaling eleventeen.
- Burpees and Animal Movements. 10 Burpees and Animal Crawl (Bear, Crab, Gorilla, Gator, etc.) 1 parking space; then 9 Burpees and Animal Crawl 2 spaces; so on and so forth, combined count always totaling eleventeen.
- Merkins and Suicides. 10 Merkins, then Suicide (i.e., down and back) 1 space; 9 Merkins then sprint down 2 spaces and sprint back to start. So on and so forth, down to 1 Merkin and 10 spaces; combined count always totaling eleventeen.
