YHC has been watching a Neflix show about Churchill’s Special Operations Executive; a secret organization in WWII whose purpose was to conduct espionage, sabotage and reconnaissance in occupied Europe (and later, also in occupied Southeast Asia) against the Axis powers, and to aid local resistance movements. Ordinary citizens were recruited and taught to do extraordinary things under incomprehensible stress and short timelines. On a much, much smaller scale, we put ourselves out there each workout facing some unknowns, pushing ourselves beyond our normal limits. Extend those efforts into your whole life; be extraordinary!
