YHC hasn’t Q’d a bootcamp in quite some time. When this happens, YHC always picks the Wall to get back into Q shape, likely given my history as site Q a few years back. YHC arrived to find 6 or 7 PAX already gathered and engaged in various mumble chatter. The watch hit 5:30, Duplo pulled up, and we were off.

Mosey to bottom of Hill
(Socially distanced) Partner Whispers
- Partner up
- PAX 1 runs hard from bottom of Whispering Wind Road to the intersection on the opposite side of the AO around the pavilion, and then back to meet back up with partner 2. MEANWHILE……
- PAX 2 does 10 merkins (modified to 5), lunge walks 20, then 10 merkins, continues pattern until PAX returns, then runs to the AO.
- Continue until they both get to opposite side of AO (Boulder Pt Drive?).
- Restart, swapping order.

Sprint to end of each court (3). Upon arrival at end of 3rd court perform exercise.
Travel back to start via called travel.
