The LED sign at the ATV Dealer on 15/501 this morning said 57 degrees – as the premier sweater of Churham F3, YHC will take that in late June as a sign that God loves us.
5 PAX for EC Running AMLAP – YHC did not run at Durham Academy – There was much mumble chatter on Slack yesterday about parking at the school and getting more running in, but also with warnings of security guards. YHC is a law-abiding citizen and ain”t nobody got time to run from rent-a-cops (though as Q – YHC suggested that the EC PAX invite any security guards to come over to the HoP and get some work done).

Warm Up –
Lap around the House X 2; Head count – 19!
SSH – 25; MTN Climber – 25; Willie Mayes Hayes – 20; Cotton Picker – 20; Imperial Walker – 20; … probably something else…

Announcements:
* Q School from July to December – try to Q every AO from now to New Years. Looking forward to the variety this will create!
* HoP has been low-key on our June Service Challenge – but fortunately there are many Churham PAX that attend and are members of Church of the Good Shepherd and those PAX have a small service project to build some bike accessible paths from the main lot to the back lot and to add some gravel to the bike trails in back of the church. (And with multiple church officers that are Churham PAX, we”ll for sure eventually get some pull-up bars up somewhere – for now use the basketball hoop)
Prayer to close

Moleskin
*This is YHC”s 3rd Q in three weeks. The hardest part of being the Q is starting. YHC desperately wants to improve myself (physically, mentally, socially, spiritually, financially, intellectually, and in leadership) and Q”ing is a challenge YHC decided last month that should be taken on. YHC, for sure, has to get better a Q”ing – please give feedback. It”s also been rewarding and YHC would encourage you, humble reader, to put yourself out there. YHC would love to co-Q with you to get you started and keep you going (100% serious – hit me up if you want to talk co-Qing to try it!)
*Also of note today – Out of the 19 PAX – 5 are new since May (over 1/4). If you are newer to F3 in the past few months, YES! Keep coming! The Churham PAX are so thankful for you. This is very much yours as it is the vets. Just because you don”t have an F3 shirt yet, doesn”t mean you”re not part of the PAX (realistically, it”s Mud Gear”s fault…). It”s so encouraging to see FNGs become regular faces and YHC would challenge you to come out on Saturdays (a full hour CH/DRM combo, coffeeteria afterwards, more faces) and for sure come to Churham”s monthly 2nd F on the third Thursday of the month. Get on Slack and stay up to speed. YHC”s advice if you are no longer an FNG – keep coming!
