Who knew that Paradise could have so many meanings for those who gathered Thursday morning at Carrboro High? For some, it was another chance to strengthen our bodies. For others, well…it was a different sort of paradise. It was Bogey”s virgin Q, and he may not have been the the only one who shed his virgin status this morning. Here”s what happened:
Two pax arrived on foot a few minutes early to set up for the workout. Upon arriving they saw a car in the parking lot, lights out. One said “I wonder if that”s one of our guys” and walked towards the car. As he approached the car, through the steamy windows all he could see was a big ass going up and down. He quickly looked away, told the other pax, and they proceeded to work on setup.
Moments later the other pax started to arrive by car. They all parked close to the horny couple, which was quite an “oh shit” moment for all involved. The lovers drove away like a bat out of hell.
It was time to get to work. Nine pax, including one FNG, finished laughing got to work. Here”s what we did:
Friendship Run to top of parking lot
Circuit 1 –

• Lunge in Place alternating legs x 15
• Plank Jump-ins – like a half burpee x 20
• Rinse and repeat, mosey to bottom of parking lot

Circuit 2 –

• Jump Squat x 20
• Merkin Mountain Climbers x 10
• Rinse and repeat, mosey back to top of parking lot

Circuit 3 –

• Everyone grab a cinder block
• Alternate between bench dips – hands on wall and feet on cinder block x 20
• Wall Mountain climbers x 10 IC
• Repeat x 3, then lunge walk to the mighty cinder block pile. Pay respects and move out for…

Circuit 4 –

• Merkins IC x 10
• WWII x 20
• Repeat x 3

Circuit 5 –

• Jacob”s Ladder OYO on grass hill to 6 with burpees and air squats (1/5, 2/4, 3/3, etc.)

Tire Flipping Race (well, not really a race, but kinda)

• First man flips tire 5x, then rotate. Pax follow while lunge walking. After all pax rotate through, switch to bear crawl for round 2. Stay with bear crawl for round 3 as well.
