YHC arrived running on fumes after a long night of celebrating a big Virginia Tech victory over Duke and some baby issues that cropped up throughout the night. None the less, YHC was eager to let the PAX feel the burn especially the Duke boys that were quick to point out that “Zion didn’t play though” (conveniently forgetting VT’s best player was also out), but who’s keeping track.

Warm-Up: SSH, Burpees x 15 OYO, Merkins x 15, Mountain Climbers, Willie Mays Hays, Hill Billys

Continued warm-up by travelling across the parking lot via High Knees, Butt Kicks, and Power Skips. Partner up for Wheelbarrow from the front of the school to the back parking lot.

The Thang: Consisted of a lap around the islands at 80% speed and then 10 wide grip merkins, 10 regular merkins, and 10 diamond merkins. Another lap, then 9,9,9 continued for all 10 cycles down until 1 merkin. Proceeded over to the wall for a round of balls to wall with each PAX counting to 11 (coincidentally this is the number of points scored by Ty Outlaw the previous night, otherwise now known as Big Shot Ty). Followed up by a round of wall sits with each PAX counting to 10. Mosey back to start for Mary..

Mary: YHC started us off with Star crunches x15. Soda Pop busted out his favorite the Makhtar N’Diaye x15. Magellan led Heels to Heaven x 15, and Chowdah sealed the deal with Freddy Mercury x20.
