The Thang:

count off by twos to form two groups. Each group completes the Tracer down the parking lot; and the Reverse back to the starting point.

Run three laps around the big “I” as fast as you can. Line up in the order finished and hold plank until the six arrives.

Count off and partner with the person who’s number added to yours equals 23 for Partnered Traveling Merkins: travel merkin down the parking lot while partner runs around the big “I”. Switch with partner after one lap and repeat. And the reverse: partner travel Merkin back to the starting end of the parking lot.

A 30 count recovery.

Man Makers (for those of us who missed EC): partners alternate between five man makers and lunge jumps and repeat.  Modify man maker with 25 count that dead hang.

10 count recovery.
