The intensity didn”t stop. There was very little rest for 40 straight minutes. We made our way around Jordan High School”s campus with the help of an exercise variety pack. This one was tough. Not a good day for an inaugural or comeback post. It was just time to get after it.

  • Bear crawl to the speed limit sign
  • 20 Merkins
  • Sprint up the hill, mosey back down
  • 20 Merkins
  • Buddy carry up the hill, mosey down, switch partners, buddy carry back up, mosey back down
  • 20 dips
  • 20 partner squats
  • Bunny hop to Garrett Road
  • 20 Merkins
  • Lunge walk to the main parking lot where we all park
  • 20 Merkins
  • 30 box jumps
  • 20 Erkins, mosey to the walkway
  • BTTW for 1.5 minutes
  • Crab walk down the walkway to the traffic circle
  • Backwards run to Garrett, mosey back down
  • 20 Merkins
  • Mosey to the parking adjacent to the traffic circle
  • Traveling burpee to the island, run back to the main parking lot
