No Running and Definitely No Sashaying

HYC promised a no-running event, and delivered. Any movement was at a slow jog. No sashay ”cause real men don”t sashay.
 
Warm Up:
SSH x 10
Mountain climbers x 15
Imperial Walkers x 15
Overhead Claps x 15
Little Baby Arm Circles x 10
Non-running movement to the generously provided and conspicuously located pull up bars
 
The Thang:
Max pull ups, plank till everyone is done, max merkins (and plank till everyone is done), max dips (and plank till everyone is done). Rinse, repeat x 3 sets.
Max derkins, irkins, and dips with planks in between
Mosey up the street to the playground, maxed sets of derkins and irkins with planks
Move a bit further, cause, you know, we have to. Max dips and planks
Sashay, er, I mean, slow jog back to the parking lot, where Mary was leg lifts (6″ hold for 10, then 60 degree hold for 10, back and forth x 7) and high planks.
