It was a brisk morning at North Chatham Elementary. As soon as I rolled into the parking lot, I saw a group of men participating in Extra Credit man makers. I hoped my workout would meet the needs of these men.
Warmup:
SSH, WMH, FWD arm circles, REV arm circles, Over Head Claps, Seal Claps
Main Event:
The PAX executed a version of what is referred to as 7 of Diamonds in the Exicon. In the great state of North Carolina I’ve also heard it called 4 Corners. The PAX traveled to all four corners of the parking lot executing the same exercise for the same number of reps. At each stop a member of the PAX would answer the questions: 1) What would you like as a gift this holiday season? 2) What would your significant other like as a gift this holiday season?
For each round the PAX executed the following exercises:
- 5 x Burpees
- 10 x Merkins
- 15 x LBC’s
- 20 x Flutter Kicks
- 25 x Slow Squats
Some Gift Ideas for the PAX (themselves):
- Kayak
- A shower system for camping
- For my daughter to break up with her boyfriend
Some Gift Ideas for PAX significant others:
- A special trip for significant other
- Time in the special camping shower
- A roaster
The PAX executed 3 rounds of Colt-45’s.
The grand finale was a round of 10 x Ring of Fire Monkey Humpers per PAX – a classic in the making.

BOM:
I often struggle with giving thoughtful gifts to my wife at Christmas. I know it’s only November 2nd, but based on some of the answers above, I would strongly suggest the Jag PAX start the process NOW of identifying a special gift for your significant other this holiday season. Make it count.
