Memorial Day and a parking deck

YHC learned last week that if one is going to begin a parking deck, one must end at the top of that parking deck. Not wanting to forget this lesson, YHC decided to put it into practice at the first opportunity, which turned out to be this fine Memorial Day morning.

Warmup:

SSH (20), Imperial Walkers (10), Willie Mays Hayes (10), Windmills (10), Slow merkins (10)

Mosey to the stadium entrance:

Found some wall, Dips (15), Derkins (10), Step ups (10 each side), Repeat

Mosey to the Parking Deck:

First level: lunge walk up to the next landing, then plank it out until all PAX finish. Lunge walk up to second level, plank it out until all PAX finish.

Second level, first half: bear crawl, 3 merkins at every other parking space line to next landing, then wall sit until all PAX finish, continued for 3 counts of 10.

Second level, second half: bear crawl, 5 LBCs at every other parking space line to next landing, then plank until all PAX finish. Low plank hold (10 count).

Third level: 10 WWIIs, then run up to the next level and back down the stairs. Plank it out until all PAX finish. 20 WWIIs, repeat. 30 WWIIs, repeat. Fellowship jog up to the next level.

Fourth Level: 20 Carolina Dry docks OYO, then all out run to the next level, 10 burpees OYO when you get there. Plank it out until all PAX get there.

Fifth level: (time was beginning to run short) 20 squats in cadence, then backwards run up the remaining levels to the top of the parking deck.

Mosey back to AO for Mary:

Flutter kicks (20)

Around the circle:

Heels to Heaven (15)

Low Plank holds (10 second counts, 3 sets)

Plank Jacks (15)
