4 Rounds for Time: All exercises done with 35lb cinder block.
Round 1: 10 Manmakers, 20 Overhead Press, 30 Kettle Bell Swings, 40 Goblet Squats, 50 Incline Merkins. Run 4 times around upper parking lot loop.
Rinse & Repeat for rounds 2, 3, & 4 with the following modifications:
Decrease run by 1 fewer loop around the upper parking lot after completing each round of exercises, ending with 1 loop around the parking lot.
YHC directed Pax to arrive early & stay late, if necessary, if their schedule allowed. There was no time for a warm up or Mary. This was a challenging workout that everyone dug down deep to get through. I continue to be impressed by the example set forth by these men, giving up was not an option. Aye!
