After 7 pax returned from a Murph EC, 14 circled up to get to work. Adolphus plans to make the Murph EC a regular thing. Be aware that he said the same thing for metal EC #Paradise and I’ve only seen him at that once in several months. (Oh yeah, I called you out Adolphus!) He pointed out that he hates pull ups-hence the Murph. I hate burpees, dry docks, and donkey kicks-hence the ME included them. I planned a third round which would have been donkey kicks, but we ran out of time. Not sure what to Q? Just plan out the exercises you hate or that you’re weak at. Those are typically one and the same.
Warm up
IC – 10 Arm scissor, 10 arm swings, 51 SSH, 10 diamond merkins, 10 mountain climbers
ME
To the Bell Tower Parking Deck…
Along the way IC 20 dips, 20 step ups each leg, 10 slow dips, 10 slow step ups each
At the deck, burpee climb a level 2 burpees, climb, etc, etc.
Flutter kicks until all in; run back down
Next – Dry Docks. Multiply each level x2 and complete that number of dry docks while ascending the stairs.
Plank jacks until all in; run back down
Head back towards the start hit the stairs with Bunny hop, lunge, bunny hop, lunge, etc.
Back on stadium drive, 10 lung walk steps, 10 squats. Repeat to start.
