Warm Up
30X IC SSH, 10X IC Imperial-Walkers, 10X slow air squats, 10X slow merkins, 20X IC mountain climbers, 10X IC arm-circles forward then backward
The Thang
Bear-crawl the length of the parking lot, stop every five parking spaces for five merkins. If pax completed before all pax were done, circle back and continue until all pax finished.
Run to pile of concrete blocks. Each pax grabs two blocks.
Farmers carry two-blocks down the parking lot.
Three sets of five man-makers. Only FIVE, sounds easy! A man-maker is (using concrete blocks): push-up, right-arm row, push-up, left-arm row, clean block(s) to chest level, then a full thruster (squat and then lift block(s) overhead). All of the above is one man-maker.
Ditch the blocks for a jacob”s ladder sprint: 5 squats, sprint 100m, 1 merkin, sprint back, 4 squats, sprint 100m, 2 merkins, etc.
Retrieve the blocks for a final set of ten blockees (burpees with a concrete block).

Run back to start.
