Have you ever heard it said you should make your bed when you get up? Not by your mom when you were a child, but as an adult? If you make your bed in the morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task, and another, and another. And by the end of the day that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed. This is just one reason why days that start with a post are just better.

Unfortunately, there’s always a hater near by. At F3 you ask? YES… you’ve heard him and his voice sounds weirdly like your own. He tells you you’re not as fast as that guy. He tells you that you can’t do as many burpees as that other guy. He says you can’t hold BTW as long as still yet another guy. Tell that hater to shut his pie hole! It’s not a competition. Just getting up and doing what you can is an accomplish you can take pride in. Making comparisons is of no benefit. If a comparison must be made, compare yourself to those who have yet to respond to your emotional head lock to join us. At least that way you can honestly tell him you were thinking of him during this morning’s beatdown.

Warm Up

10 burpees OYO, SSH, seal jacks, smurf jack, 10 burpees OYO


Mosey’d to the law school to work the posterior chain. 15ct each repeat 3x. Inverted rows, single leg deadlifts, step back lunges, bird dog/homer to marge/superman. There was penalty burpees because the YHC couldn’t count.

Mosey’d back to the AO by way of Stadium And South for a Lazy Dora. Paired up in 3s to complete 100 merkins cumulatively. Switch every 10. Plank when not completing reps. 200 squats switching every 20 for low squat hold. 300 LBCs switch every 30 for table top. There was penalty burpees because the YHC felt like it.
