We celebrated the arrival of the new UNC Football Coach Mack Brown, or at least we celebrated that his name makes a good workout acronym without repeats.

The Thang:

Merkins X 100 single count in sets of 20

(Mosey to the Cobb Deck Tennis Courts)

Agassis x 5 on the cobb deck tennis court

(Mosey to the cobb deck, lowest level)

Crazy Indian (BTTW Ricky Bobby)

King Arthur Indian Run (this was our mosey to Kenan Stadium)

Burpees x 37 (goal was 67 Mack Brown’s age, but YHC was concerned about time)

(mosey to the other side of kenan to find a ramp)

Rampage (with squats and merkins, bear crawl up the ramp, sprint down) x 4

(mosey to the steep hill next to the Bosh)

Ollie Norths (Buddy Carrys up the hill)

(mosey back to the AO)

Whamo Lunge Walks (throw frisbee, sprint until lands then lunge walk, 10 burpee penalty if caught in air) – needless to say we finished Mack’s age with 30 extra burpees thanks to Nightshift

Nolan Ryan (plank with upper cut punch) – AMRAP

We moseyed a total of 2.3 miles on this campus tour.
