The Thang
PAX set off the AO doing some Ricky Booby on Main St and the Franklin. We made a stop for some 10 OYO burpees and continued on until a parking lot where we could start the fun.
At said location PAX did a Jacob’s ladder:
10 merkins on one end of lot
21 squats on other end
Once ladder was finished moseyed back at fellowship pace on Franklin St. Made a stop for some dips (x20) and erkins (x15). Continued the mosey but made another stop for some good ‘ol LBCs.
Headed to the bottom of the Carrboro parking deck for a crowd favorite.
Run up 3 ramps and then come down one ramp with a different mode of travel until we reach the top of the deck. Modes of travel for the down ramps were:
Bear crawl
Lunge walk
Bunny hop
Crab walk
Crawl bear
Traveling merkins
First PAX to finish to get down the ramp chose an exercise and last PAX there stopped it. Had a variety of LBCs, squats, mountain climbers, and Freddy Mercuries.
