Cross Field alternating movements -Lunge Walk/Sprint
Grab an @Moore Block (cinder block)
- Travelled around the field (any breaks do 5 squats). Once you get to a corner, do burpees until everyone arrives
- Width of field – one arm farmers carry
- At Corner – 20 squats together
- Length of field – overhead carry
- At Corner – 10 burpees OYO
- Curls, Russian Hammers with blocks
Rotating around the circle, one person farmer carries their block 40 yards and returns. Meanwhile, the PAX rotated through 3 exercises-Squats, Merkins, LBCs
Return to AO crossing Hooker alternating between Bearcrawl/backward run
