22 PAX showed up in a soupy 75 degrees. YHC has never been accused of being very creative and today was no different. Lets keep it simple and keep moving for 45 minutes. We were sweating after 10 side shuffle hops so that was not an issue today.
Warmup:
SSH, Windmills, Arm Circles, Mtn Climbers, Merkins
The Thang: Au Jus and I both brought our weighted vests today (one is 15 pounds and one is 20 pounds) and we all switched around and enjoyed at least some of the following with some extra lbs on our back.
Mosey to Hooker fields for a 4 corner escalator:
Run to 1st corner, 10 burpees and return
Run to 1st corner, 10 burpees, run to 2nd corner, 20 merkins, return
Run to 1st corner, 10 burpees, run to 2nd corner, 20 merkins, run to 3rd corner, 30 WWII”s, return
Run to 1st corner, 10 burpees, run to 2nd corner, 20 merkins, run to 3rd corner, 30 WWII”s, run to 4th corner, 40 air squats, return
Line up along field and run 3/4 across the field and do 10 reps of the above 4 exercises. Repeat twice more but run further each time before completing the exercises
