Keep it movin’

The goal of this one was to keep the heart rate up. Read to the end for info on The Wolf and t-shirt order!

WARM-UP: SSH IC x 50

THANG: PAX ran down hill toward neighborhood/bridge. Plank out over the wooden bridge and cycle through tunnel of love with 1 PAX moved under other planked PAX by gorilla walk. Resume run to R up Cates Creek Pkwy to small hill for a mash-up of Jacobs Ladder/Burp Back Mtn. 1 burpee OYO, backward run up hill and back down, 2 burpees, up and back ect. up to 7 burpees. Resume run down Cates Creek toward traffic circle. This time stopping at every other light post for 1 letter of BLIMPS (5 burpees, 10 lunges each leg, 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats) at each light. We did some OYO and some counting together. Great suggestion by Brick to count together and so we finished round 1 and up to Old NC 86. And then completed round 2 in reverse order (SPMILB) where the merkin round consisted of 5 hand release, 5 regular, 5 diamond and 5 wide grip and the burpee round was trying out the “burp and groin”. We did our 5 burpees with ascending number of groiners added each burpee.

MARY: on 6 for Bay City scissors – 8 count x 20, outlaws IC x 10 to R and x 10 to L, LBC IC x 20, big boy sit ups x 20, flip to 1 for superman pulls single count x 20.
