ME

  • Mosey to DTCC.  1 Coco stop along the way.
  • Hill sprint up and lunge walk back down, burpee. repeat 4x.
  • 10 IC Alt. Shoulder Touches
  • Ladder!
    • 10 burpees
    • 20 merkins
    • 30 LBCs
    • 40 squats
    • 50 IC SSH
    • 40 squats
    • 30 LBCs
    • 20 merkins10 burpees
  • Moseyed back to start with 2 Cocos along the way.
  • Ring of Fire!
    • Low squat, 1 squat each sequentially round the circle. Low Plank Hold, 1 merkin each all round. Repeat doing 2, 3, and 4 of each.
