Warmup: SSH, good mornings, arm circles – all with added intermittent OYO burpees for tardiness
Line up on one end of the parking lot. Walking lunge 1 space, do 1 burpee, walking lunge 2 spaces, do 2 burpees, 3, 3… we ended up getting to 9 spaces of walking lunges and 9 burpees at the end
Mosey on down to the lower parking lot for partner jack webbs. One partner takes off up the hill, around the circle and returns while the other does one merkin followed by indefinite shoulder presses while waiting. At the switch, the merkineer takes off up the hill while the former runner does 2 merkins followed by indefinite shoulder presses. Next 3 merkins, then 4, etc… Keep switching off until 20 merkins were done. When finished, a combination of side shuffle hops, seal jacks, plank jacks, and overhead claps were performed.
Stay in the lower parking lot for 1 leg hops down (kind of like hop scotch) and then bunny hops around the spaces with penalty burpees for hitting the line (Bushwood was the only honest Abe in the group so we all did 1 burpee.
Back to the start for 5 count bows/toes planks around the circle, 20 cc heels 2 heaven, and 1 minute superman
