The Iron PAX Challenge continues…. Each week F3Greenwood posts some killer workout and we do that workout. It is exhausting, brutal, and amazing. We have had 10-15 PAX each week pushing themselves to the limit.
Today, 11 PAX arrived in the gloom for the Meter’s 43 workout. We all watched the video and were mentally prepared for the impending punishment.
The Thang: Meter’s 43
The purpose of this is to do as many reps as possible in 43 minutes. There is a set that you complete, in order. Once you finish the set, start over again. And again, and again….Until 43 minutes has elapsed. Each set is 100, so you multiply the number of sets completed by 100, then add in the reps you did on the last set when the timer went off.
10 Pullups (low bar pullups acceptable)
15 Jump over block burpees
20 Coupon curls
25 Coupon thrusters
30 Gas pumps (reverse crunches)
In all, we had a great showing. Our reps ranged from 630-1022. Cardiac won the show…again. He is our regional stud and ranks in the top 50 in the nation. So that is something. YCH also ranks somewhere in the nation.
Keep in your prayers two families who lost young ones in tragic circumstances, way too soon.
