F3 Greenwood threw down the gauntlet. They challenged F3 Nation to 4 weekly challenges in the month of September. PAX would sign up through their website, do the workout posted and then submit their time/score. This week was the first of four challenges.
F3 Churham, specifically the PAX of South Durham decided to host the Iron PAX Challenge at Tobacco Road each week. I am so excited that we have such a good F3 contingent in our small corner of Churham.
