Run along Parkway up towards The Wall.  One full lap around the sports complex is about ½ mile.

  • Full Lap AYG, then 1/2 lap at recovery pace.  2x
  • 1/2 Lap AYG, then 1/4 lap at recovery pace.  4x
  • AYG back to clubhouse (~3/4 mile)

A little over 4 miles total.
