We started the morning with a warm-up of Side shuffle hops, Imperial walkers, slow merkins, and probably a couple other things. Then off to Hooker field for the main event.
The main event was an escalator where we ended up doing 60 of each of the exercises
10 burpees, then a run around the soccer field to repeat and adding one exercise at at time…
12 step lunges
15 WWII
20 merkins
30 jump squats
60 LBC
On the way back to the AO we did 2 sets of dips and some step ups
Mary was dealers choice, flutter, etc…
