Conditions were icy from Mondays storm. Temps were chilly at 24 degrees (no wind).
Seven pax assembled for 5K EC – running in the road was a requirement as sidewalks were icy.
Nineteen pax circled up for a Spooky beat-down.
Thang One:
Partner up – rounds of alternating movements in the parking lot:
Round 1 – partner A, mountain climbers while partner B does traveling merkins – two merkins at each parking spot (switchAroo)
Round 2 – partner A, squats while partner B does crab walk (switchAroo)
Round 3 – partner A, burpees while partner B runs suicide (switchAroo)
Round 4 – Repeat round 3 – needed more suicides
Thang Two:
Lunge walk down to the Rock pile. Grab a rock and partner up again.
Partner A starts lunge walk while holding the rock in front racked (goblet) position. Partner B does 20 curls and 10 overhead presses then run to meet partner. Switch – Partner B starts lunge walk, etc. Traveled down the driveway.
Turn around to head back. Partner A starts bearcrawl while Partner B does farmers carry with both rocks. Switch roles as often as needed.
Thang Three:
mosey to pull-up hand-railing. Three sets of 5 muscle-ups plus 10 pull-ups. Between sets perform IC calf raises x 20.
Finish with Mary:
”Snowball” Mary exercises. YHC calls out a Mary exercise x 20 then yells out a pax name. Pax has three seconds to run to the middle and call out a new Mary exercise x 20. Repeat-o until time is up.
