On Wednesday at The Big House, Zook reminded YHC that he had the Q at The Wall this week and the remnants of Hurricane Nicole would be threatening to make their way through the area right about Friday morning. Well, damn. YHC monitored the weather reports non-stop and was pleased to see that the likelihood of anything serious (thunderstorms, tornado, power outage, major bourbon spillage, etc.) were low. Still, to help persuade the less grizzled PAX among us that might consider fartsacking that they should make it out anyway, YHC announced well in advance that we’d be staying under the pavilion to keep dry and we’d be rocking out to some tunes to keep invigorated.
At 0430 on Friday morning, the weather turned out to be not so bad after all and YHC was pleased to see a whopping 9 PAX came out for the morning festivities (prior to leaving the house, YHC’s M estimated only 2 might show up!). We circled up under the pavilion, cranked up the Amazon 90s Alternative and Grunge channel, and off we went!

The Thang
A circuit of 9 exercises and a 45s/15s Tabata timer to keep us moving. The exercises were:
- Lunges
- Step Ups
- 30 lb Kettlebell Swings
- Dips
- 25lb Curls
- Freddy Mercury
- Jump Rope
- WWII w/ 12lb Ball
- Merkins w/ alternating 1 hand on mini basketball
We went through 3.5 rounds of the circuit before it was time to wrap up.
