Good crew posted on a humid morning that broke 70 degrees by 5AM.  TClaps to Malware for making it over to the Eagle for his third F3 post.

The Thang

Farmers Carry Metal and Coupons to the East parking lot (lunge walk if you are not carrying anything), and split in two groups when you arrive.

Group 1 did Tracers to the second island and back while Group 2 did Thrusters with metal and coupons.  For the Thrusters, PAX made sure to touch the metal on the ground on the down movement.  Switch and repeat.

Windmills x10 to recover.

11s to the first island with WWIIs and Hand Release Merkins.

Farmers Carry Metal and Coupons to the basketball courts.  Group 1 lines up on the fence for more Thrusters while Group 2 Bear Crawls to the wall, knocks out 5 Hip Slappers, and Bear Crawls back to the start.

Rotate and Repeat.

Next series is the same but swap out the Bear Crawl with Crawl Bear.  Rotate and Repeat.

The Last series is similar with Lunge Walks substituting for the Crawl Bears.  Rotate and Repeat.

Farmers Carry back to the SV for Mary.
